Registration for Clubs

Register in Final Forms 

Note to Parents: please create your account first by following the prompts. At the end of your portion, Final Forms will ask for your student’s email address. That will allow them to log-in and complete the registration.   Younger students may not have an email address. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current.  You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update. 

Club Fee

Club fee is $50.00. 

This is a one time fee that allows your student access to all clubs.  Registering for a club does not ensure a spot in a club. Some clubs may have limited space. Please only pay the club fee once your student has been assured a spot in a club.

If you receive free or reduced educational benefits, please contact the High School Athletic Office. 

You can make payments online through Final Forms, or pay by cash or check in the High School Athletic Office.
